AE FIT Athlete Intelligence
AE FIT helps athletes, competitors, coaches, gyms and event partners connect objective health-and-performance data to practical next steps — without replacing existing coaching or licensed medical care.
AE FIT Athlete Intelligence is not generic sports coaching. It is an objective measurement, interpretation, education and routing layer — built for athletes who want to understand what is happening inside their physiology alongside everything else they are already doing.

Performance Intelligence
For athletes wanting individualized information around cardiovascular health, genetics, recovery, metabolism, training response and broader physiology — including performance longevity. This connects into the existing AE FIT Performance Pathway rather than recreating it.
Structural and physiological cardiovascular data that reflects how your heart and vascular system are responding to training demands over time — not just a resting snapshot.
Understanding how your genetics influence training response, recovery rate, metabolism, injury risk and nutrient utilization — so your strategy is built for your biology, not a population average. Genetics reveal predispositions and tendencies, not destiny, and are interpreted alongside your labs and training history.
Objective data on how your body is recovering, adapting and metabolizing — including sleep quality, nervous-system load and metabolic function across different training phases.
Health intelligence that extends beyond a single season or competition cycle — helping athletes make informed decisions that support long-term performance without compromising long-term health.
The right next step depends on your goals, your current data, and where you are in your training cycle. An Optimization Clarity Session is the right starting point for most athletes.

For physique competitors already working with prep coaches. The prep coach owns the prep. AE FIT adds an independent health-and-performance intelligence layer — objective cardiovascular, physiological and recovery data that runs alongside the prep without interfering with it.
Independent cardiovascular and physiological baseline data. Genetic context for recovery and metabolic response. Lab interpretation where relevant. Education and appropriate referral. A clear picture of what is happening underneath the programming — in your language, not your coach's guesswork.
AE FIT does not provide contest preparation services, macro or cardio programming, posing instruction, peak-week management, or any form of PED-related guidance. AE FIT is not a replacement for your prep coach or for licensed medical care.
Tools available for competitors
Cardiovascular
Carotid intima-media thickness imaging — a non-invasive, objective cardiovascular assessment that gives competitors and coaches meaningful physiological data, not just a symptom report.
Genetics
Genetic insight around training response, recovery, metabolism, injury risk and nutrient utilization — personalized context that sits alongside prep programming without altering it.
Strategy & Interpretation
Where a competitor needs broader interpretation, implementation context or appropriate routing — the existing AE FIT Lab & Strategy and interpretation pathway applies here as well.
Post-Competition Restoration & Optimization
Post-competition is a genuine physiological event — not just an off-season. How the body rebounds from an extended period of caloric restriction, nervous-system load, hormonal disruption and performance demand matters for the next competitive cycle and for long-term health.
Objective assessment of recovery state, sleep quality and the nervous-system load accumulated through a competition cycle — with practical implementation support.
Understanding the metabolic and hormonal landscape post-competition so the transition from competition nutrition to sustainable nutrition is informed by data, not guesswork.
How to structure the return to training in a way that supports physiological recovery rather than creating additional stress on an already-taxed system.
Where appropriate, guiding the competitor back into a reassessment process — and routing to licensed clinical partners where symptoms or findings require a higher level of care.
A dedicated post-competition package is in development. Until then, the best current entry point for post-competition support is an Optimization Clarity Session — where we assess your current state and build an appropriate plan.

The following testing capabilities are currently available through AE FIT. Interpretation and implementation support are part of the process — not an add-on.
Currently Available
Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) imaging is a non-invasive test that measures arterial wall thickness as an objective marker of cardiovascular health — particularly relevant for athletes whose training and lifestyle place sustained demands on the cardiovascular system.
Pricing: $250. Administered through the Vasolabs, Inc. network. See the Events page for current scheduling.

Comprehensive genetic analysis focused on the biological pathways most relevant to health, performance and longevity. 3X4 Genetics examines how your unique genetic variants influence training response, metabolic function, recovery capacity, inflammation, injury risk and nutrient processing.
Interpretation and strategy session included. Contact us to begin the ordering process.

Metabolic rate measurement and VO2 max testing will expand AE FIT's testing capabilities. This service is in active development and is not currently available. We will announce when deployment is authorized.
Also available through the AE FIT pathway
Comprehensive laboratory analysis with pattern identification, prioritization and a practical implementation strategy — for athletes who want a full-picture interpretation of their bloodwork and biomarkers.

AE FIT can provide a complementary athlete health-and-performance intelligence layer for competitions, gyms, coaches, teams, communities and private groups — starting with what is live and operational now: CIMT cardiovascular screening and 3X4 Genetics education, ordering and interpretation.
Show & Event
Cardiovascular screening at your event or venue — a concrete, data-driven athlete benefit that creates a meaningful conversation around health that goes beyond the stage.
Gym & Team
Coach, team or group diagnostic days combining CIMT and genetics — an efficient way to give multiple athletes access to objective baseline data in a single session.
Education
3X4 Genetics education, group ordering and interpretation — giving athletes and coaches a shared language around genetic individuality and what it means for training and recovery.
Timeline
Pre-competition baseline and education activations, post-competition restoration follow-up, and longitudinal reassessment where the relationship and data support it.
Ongoing
A standing relationship with a gym, coach or team where AE FIT provides an ongoing health-and-performance intelligence layer for their athlete community — structured around what actually makes sense for the group.
Future
Metabolic rate and VO2 testing will be added to event and group offerings once deployment is authorized. This is not currently available and will be announced when it is.
AE FIT is not trying to replace the prep coach. The gap we fill is objective health-and-performance information underneath the prep — cardiovascular data, genetic context, biomarker interpretation, and appropriate routing to licensed care when it matters. We start with what is available now and build from there based on what is actually useful to the athlete and the show.
Whether you are an individual athlete looking for answers or an organization looking to bring objective health intelligence to your athletes — the conversation starts here.
